Release Day for GO WILD

I have to admit this release date snuck up on me. For one thing, I've been busy getting married. And then honeymooning. And then recovering from the whole shebang. But publication dates wait for no one, even newlyweds.

So here it is, release day for GO WILD, which actually is oddly appropriate considering my newly married state. You see, GO WILD is about a woman who's terrified of marriage, and the man who's determined to get her to say 'yes.'

And no, it's not based on my relationship at all -- except that I very much understand the fear of commitment. Usually the men are pegged as the foot-draggers who'll do anything to avoid that trip down the aisle. But I've never really believed that. I've known many men who were eager to get married, and many, including myself, who weren't sure they were cut out for "forever after."
It turns out, I was only waiting for the right man.

Katia, my heroine in GO WILD, has a different story. Lars is the only man she's ever truly loved, but she's a free-spirited wild child who has a dread of being tied down. She wants Lars, she wants what he's offering, but she's afraid that her sexuality won't fit with the concept of one man for the rest of her life.

Lars has to find a way to convince her they can make it work, and that he's not scared off by her past or her adventurous nature. And boy, does he! Here's the blurb for GO WILD, out today from Ellora's Cave.

Go Wild

Juniper Bell

Lars loves Katia. Katia loves Lars. Lars wants to marry Katia. Can he convince his free-spirited lover that marriage will be as fun as her sexually adventurous single days?

Never before has Katia been tempted to give up her carefree ways. She’s deeply in love with Lars, but she doesn’t know if he can handle her wild side—or needs.

But Lars is a hard man to resist. The former Olympic champion won’t give up—not when he knows just how to please her.

The people of Wild, Alaska know the best way to survive winter is to let off a little steam. When Lars’ buddies hit town for Wild Nights, a notorious winter festival with one rule—“anything goes, nothing counts”—he jumps at the chance to prove he’s the perfect man for Katia.

He vows to win her over, even if it takes four rugged Alaska men and one wildly erotic night in a sauna.

Note: Features an extended ménage (M/F/M/M/M), anal play and references to bondage experimentation and sexual escapades of all types.

This is the first book I've set in Alaska, and I'm hoping to make it the first of a series of stories that take place during the Wild Nights festival. I mean, just think about the possibilities...

Okay, I admit, I already am. GO DEEP comes next, then GO FOREVER. Any other suggestions? Hey, sounds like a good idea for a contest! How about this--comment with a suggestion for another title in the series for a chance to win your choice of any book from my backlist.

Thanks for celebrating release day with me!

  4. Thanks all! And Susan, I love those title suggestions! I'd actually thought about Go Long -- it's a football term right? Too bad I know nothing about football. But I could learn. ;)

  5. Congrats on getting married and your release.
I was thinking Go Long too but you are right it usually used with football. Person throwing the football tells the person catching it to go long.
Ok, so I have the Kanye West song Stronger in my head. So this is all I can come up with.

    Go Stronger
    Go Harder
Go Faster - this one doesn't really work for me :)
