Christmas Traditions: How do you unstuff your stocking?

Can you believe Christmas is just over a week away? In the spirit of the season, we started talking about our Christmas traditions. We'd love to hear about yours, too! Vote in the poll, leave a comment, or share with us on Facebook.

Kelly: Stocking first - then breakfast (usually Land of Nod Cinnamon Buns) and then presents.

Meg: We open stockings first to keep the younger members of the family from looting the Christmas tree too early.

PG: I used to like opening stockings first thing in the morning. Now I like leaving them for later in the day, so that the house is still looking nice and festive when my son and his girlfriend arrive.

Sydney: I always grew up opening them first, but now I like saving them for the end, usually after breakfast when things are a little calmer around the house.

Kate: Stockings first. Then breakfast, then presents.

Erin: We do presents Christmas Eve and stockings Christmas morning.

Kinsey: Stockings come last, after Diva has opened the presents.

Juniper: Stockings first, because they usually contain a snack that sustains us through present opening.

Skylar: With my family, it's stockings first, then presents. The in-laws do the opposite, which really took some getting used to!

When do you open your Christmas stockings?
